PLATFORM

The agent writes in the ledger. The reviewer holds the pen.

A review workspace built for India. It turns a monthly close from reading every line into judging the few that matter.

Early access opens in small groups. One email when your seat is ready.

01 · THE LOOP

LZR does the reading. You decide.

Agents do the heavy lifting, so every line gets checked.

Agents read every statement and propose a category for every line, and your rules run across all of it. Your team starts from books already worked through, and spends its time on the lines that need a person.

  • 01 · AGENT

    Read

Every line of every statement, CSV or PDF.

  • 02 · AGENT

    Propose

A category and a reason for every line.

  • 03 · YOU DECIDE

    Review

One decision at a time, from the keyboard.

  • 04 · RULES

    Control

Your rules, run on every line, every time.

  • 05 · AUTOMATIC

    Record

    Every change attributed. Nothing deleted.

  • 06 · AGENT

    Ask

Plain-English answers that cite their rows.

Each correction becomes the rule for that payee.

02 · CAPABILITIES

Four parts, one workspace.

The agents do the reading. People do the judging.

Every part of LZR is built around that split. Each has its own page.

  • AGENTS

    One job per agent.

A reading agent turns a CSV or PDF statement into ledger rows, reusing known payees. A separate agent proposes a category for each row, with a reason. Neither checks its own work.

  • REVIEW QUEUE · WHERE A PERSON DECIDES

    One decision at a time.

Reviewers clear the queue from the keyboard: approve, change, flag or skip. Anything under 85% confidence is marked for checking, and undo is always in reach.

  • RULES & FLAGS

    Controls in plain language.

Write “payments over ₹50,000 need a purchase order”. LZR tries it on the period, then runs it the same way every time. Flags name their rule; closing one takes a reason.

  • TRAIL & ASK

    A record you can question.

Every change is recorded against the person, rule or agent that made it, and nothing is deleted. Ask about the ledger in plain English; the answer cites the transactions behind it.

03 · WHAT A REVIEWER SEES

The ledger for one client, with Ask answering from its rows.

The ledger for one client with Ask beside it. Asked how much was paid to Kavro Holdings this quarter, Ask answers ₹31,500 across 7 payments since 1 April and cites the two ₹4,500 payments that look duplicated.

04 · ALONGSIDE THE BOOKS

Same client, same workspace.

The rest of the engagement sits next to the ledger.

Timesheets, expenses and documents live alongside each client’s books, with a view across every client.

A client’s timesheet for the week of 16–22 June: the hours logged each day, then each entry with its date, who logged it and the task.

Timesheets

Hours charged to each client, billable or internal, submitted for approval.

05 · ONE WORKSPACE

The whole close, end to end.

Everything the close needs, in one workspace.

From the first statement to the month’s plan, on one ledger.

    • Reads CSV and PDF bank statements into the ledger, reusing known payees and skipping rows it has seen.
    • Proposes a category for every transaction, with a confidence and a reason. Under 85% is marked for checking.
    • A review queue cleared from the keyboard, one decision at a time, with undo.
    • Controls written in plain language, tried on the period, then run deterministically. Flags name their rule.
    • Every change recorded against a person, rule or agent. Nothing deleted.
    • Plain-English questions, answered from the ledger’s rows with the transactions cited.
    • Timesheets, expenses, documents and an all-clients view.
    • The client’s trial balance becomes both the chart of accounts and the plan for the month.
    • Each category scored against the ledger, and checked against earlier months for accounts that appeared, vanished, flipped sign or left their usual range.
    • The partner sets priorities. Their judgement about where the risk sits becomes the order the team works in.

AROUND THE BOOKSThe client, your tools, the Act

    • A client portal that asks for a missing invoice directly.
    • Sync with Tally and Zoho, where a client’s books already live.
    • Rules that cite the section of the Act they enforce.
